Do you have an Under 5 division
The club runs an Under 5 (Tiny Tots) internal competition. The U5 seasons starts a few weeks after the rest of the club and is run from 8-9am on a Saturday morning at our Springwood grounds. There is no travel or weekly training. The U5 coach usually has 20mins of fun drills followed by a 15-20 min game. At the end of the season the U5 receive a trophy and team photo at the U5-U8 Club Carnival.
What is the difference between U6-U8 and U9-Seniors
U6-U8 currently play 6 aside on a smaller half size field. The home ground for training and games is at the Springwood ground. U6-U8 will have both home and away games and play with modified rules such as no offside and no scoring from within the penalty half circle. The focus is not on winning but fun and participation and thus there is no finals. The coach of an U8 team will start to prepare the players for big field by encouraging players to stay in their positions and focus on passing during a game.
Can I sponsor or make a donation to the club?
As a community club who rely on a large team of volunteers, we are always open to what ever support individuals or organisations can make. If you are interested in knowing more please contact our President or Vice-President.
What payment methods are accepted?
The club accepts Bank Transfers for player registrations. Please email a copy of your receipt to the treasurer and registrar along with your family name as a reference. The club will also offer EFTPOS facilities at both the Sign On Day and Club day for player registrations and uniform purchases.
Where can I get a club supporter shirt from?
Club Supporter Shirts can be ordered at Sign on or Club Day at the commencement of each season. Prices are set annually in line with manufacturer prices and increases. Please see our Shop for uniform prices.
